For Contest Reward types, the platform allows you to define the Prize that the winner gets. A Contest Reward can optionally have one or more Prizes, each with one or more winners.
A Member is eligible to win a Contest Reward if they have redeemed the necessary Metrics to claim the Reward, and if their Redemption (i.e., Reward Response) is currently in a Pending status. Please note that only Members who have redeemed the Reward are eligible; a Member who was granted the Reward for free as an Award is not eligible.
Prizes for Contest Rewards can be any of the following:

Metric: The winner gains the specified Metric total.

Another Reward: The winner is granted a specified Reward. Please note that the Reward Prize will be treated as an Award, meaning the Reward is granted for free, without the Member having to spend any Metrics to redeem it.

Contest Entry: The winner automatically redeems another Reward of type Contest. Effectively, winning the first Contest gains the winner entry into a second Contest.
